Our business is not open to the general public, it's for registered customers only. We require you to create a free wholesale account before you're granted our entire wholesale catalog and tiered wholesale prices. Only registered customers will be able to purchase from our website.


Registering for a Free Account

The information you enter cannot be falsified. Submitting an application for an account does not guarantee approval. A representative will review your application in a timely manner. You might be contacted by a representative to confirm your information. We reserve the right to reject applications and delete accounts.


Email Communication

You agree to be occasionally contacted by authorized company personnel via email concerning: placed orders, account updates, confirmations, and the like.


Newsletter Communication

We maintain an occasional newsletter with company updates, promotions, and announcements. You reserve the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter. The option to opt-out is available at the bottom of every newsletter we send out.

Price Mistakes and Accuracy

We are constantly adding new items, updating old listings, tweaking and making changes. We cannot guarantee that all the information is 100% accurate. In the event of a price mistake, we reserve the right to cancel placed or pending orders. Description mistakes should be allowed within reason. If descriptions are unclear, please contact us to fix or clarify.


Returns and Exchange Policy

Concerns about merchandise should be made within 7 days of delivery. If no concerns are expressed within the allocated time, we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns or exchanges. Merchandise returns or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Spring Import. Decisions are made on a case-by-case scenario. All returned merchandise need to be in re-sellable condition with original packaging. Customer assumes all shipping expenses.
